Payment Options
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash, as well as Care Credit (for amounts over $200). All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Introducing “Pay as You Go”
We are pleased to introduce you to a more convenient way to provide for the care and treatment of your pets. Due to the current economic status, we are all continually trying to find different ways to balance our everyday living. Now, instead of pacing the floor and wondering whether or not you are able to pay for your pet’s vaccinations, surgery, or dentistry, you may walk into the office (or mail a check), and add money to your account to build up the amount you may need, or have money set aside for a rainy day! There are no applicable fees when you add money to your account. Simply deposit the amount with us, and a staff member will credit that to your account. For instance, $20 per month, over the course of a year, will pay for your pet’s annual vaccines and tests, as well as a year’s worth of heartworm preventatives. Also, if you are unsure of how much money is credited to your account, you are welcome to call anytime during business hours and we will provide that information for you. All information is confidential, and will be released only with the owner’s approval. No contracts, no confusion, no worries! So let’s get started today, we promise you won’t regret it!
*Accrued money can be removed from account by that client with appropriate notice.
Care Credit
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Community Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 3 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com.
